About Village Landscape
Village Landscapes and Irrigation, Inc. was incorporated in 1992. We are a full service company, currently employing 231 full time team members. Village Landscapes and Irrigation, Inc. is independently owned. The owners are active in the daily operations. Our Management Team is composed of professional and qualified experts including specialists in every field of landscaping. Areas we excel in are arboriculture, horticulture, and agronomy. Our turf grass specialists hold all required state licenses and certifications to apply their trade in a legal and professional manner.
Village provides quality and professional services such as: sod and seed installation, shrub and tree installation, irrigation services, “green goods” watering, retaining walls, patios, full service lawn care, seasonal flower rotations, landscape design, property management and turn-key model home landscape design, installation and maintenance.
Our state of the art headquarters in Nokesville, Va. serves as a central distribution and maintenance facility for efficient on demand production. Village’s diversity of products and services, allows us to mobilize quickly and efficiently to meet the needs of our customers. Village is a geographically and strategically located company. We are performing work throughout Virginia, including all of Northern Virginia to Richmond, from Colonial Beach to Charlottesville and even areas of West Virginia. Village serves over 70 Home Building & Development Companies, 36 Commercial General Contractors, 14 Community Associations and 600 Residential Lawn Care and Mowing Customers. Currently Village operates out of three field offices and a Corporate Headquarters in Northern Virginia.

Louisa Field Office: Louisa, Va. (10 acre facility serving Culpepper and Charlottesville)
Richmond: Richmond, Va. (1 acre facility)
Village has been the recipient of several Major Home Builder performance awards including Contractor of the Year, Quality Service, Customer Service and most recently The 2006 Contractor of the Year for our Richmond Division. We also hold the Fairfax County Environmental Award, among others. Village Landscape supports Little Leagues, High School baseball, Adult with Disabilities and Doorways for Women.
